Prenatal Massage Therapy Services

Our prenatal sessions are offered by a trained doula and bodyworker, bringing both clinical awareness and emotional presence to each session. Using gentle techniques and mindful positioning, we help ease common pregnancy discomforts like back and hip tension, shoulder strain, and fatigue. More than symptom relief, this care offers a grounding space to feel supported as you prepare for birth.

After 15+ years studying how bodies heal, from athletes to everyday warriors, I’ve learned this: restoration requires presence, not pressure. Safety, not force.

Before you read these words, I invite you to pause. Take a deep inhale, and a slow exhale.

The gift of breath was given to us at birth, yet it is often forgotten. True healing moves through our conscious breath, and when we breathe with awareness, healing flows.

Wholistic Rebirth was created as a sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit, a place to soften, to breathe, and to return home to yourself.

I am one of many passionate massage therapists in Charlotte, and yet, in a world of billions, there are still not enough of us to meet the deep need for healing touch. Our work matters, and it is needed more than ever.

My journey has taken many shapes, beginning with athletes in my early years to studying Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes, unwinding techniques, trauma-informed care, and other ways of listening to the body. Being trauma-informed means I hold awareness that every body carries stories and history. I am not trauma-focused, but I am present, careful, and respectful of the ways trauma can live in the tissues.

“Competition has no place in healing. Each of us carries our own frequency, attuning to different people and different places. Sometimes you may resonate with me, and other times with another therapist, and that is not only okay, it is beautiful. There is no need for guilt. Healing asks us to follow where we feel safe, seen, and supported.

Wholistic Rebirth herself has her own story. She lived before, three years ago, and I wasn’t sure she would ever rise again. But through the inspiration of many incredible, empowering souls who have crossed my path, she has returned, stronger, wiser, and ready to welcome others.

Every session is more than massage. It is a remembrance. A space where scars can become teachers, where breath can open new pathways, and where renewal quietly begins.

My journey into the healing arts began with a personal quest for holistic health and deep admiration for the work I witnessed traditional midwives and bodyworkers doing in their communities. Those midwives and bodyworkers eventually became my teachers, passing down generational wisdom about holding space for women during the sacred rite of passage that is childbirth, and tending to bodies experiencing dysfunction in our modern times.

I’ve had the honor to study Indigenous birth and postpartum traditions with Fametta Darling, Tema Mercado, CPM, Panquetzani Tictl of Indigemama, and Aya Maria, CPM. I completed 500 hours at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, where I studied myofascial release and bodywork through the Western lens. Most recently, I began studying Craniosacral Therapy for infants with Lori Hendrickson, CST and am currently earning 500 hours to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with Amanda Howell, IBCLC, applying my study of movement and fascia to support breastfeeding MotherBaby dyads.

I strive to provide holistic support, weaving together modern practices with traditions that honor whole-person health—body, mind, and spirit. My practice is inspired by traditional wisdom and my personal experience of the transformational homebirth of my son, who inspired me to pursue my role as a community health advocate.

It’s my honor to support others through the healing arts.
